We have been trying, at the Royal Courts to have Paul Kemsley's Automatic Discharge from Bankruptcy, on Tuesday the 26th March, suspended because of this Contempt, and because the Official Receiver has NOT property examined / investigated his Affairs....if they had they would have exposed this Contempt months ago.
Guess what? As was fully expected we have faced more game-playing and nonsense at the Royal Court of "Justice" as we try and do this, with the Judicial Office Holder revealed to be playing these games "just happening" to be one of the 2 Bankruptcy Court Registrars accused of conspiring with the Accused in our case...and after we were assured that another Registrar was dealing with this.
This guy, Registrar Clive Jones, has refused to disclose whether or not he has any links with the Accused (and evidence suggests that he does), has now "popped-up" three times, inc. when our Defrauded Company "Greystone Houses Ltd" was unlawfully Wound-Up (preventing us from bringing litigation on behalf of our own Company)...by a Barrister revealed to be the close friend and barrister colleague of the son of Justice Lewison (the main Judicial Office Holder accused of Corruption in this case)...and a collague of another Barrister whose family are known to be Investors in our Companies. Small World. Big Corruption.
These guys are completely out of control.

We would request that Google do not simply "bend-over" when facing these bully-boy tactics, and ask that: i) Kemsley's lawyers demonstrate that he HAS NOT Committed Contempt of Court before our Human Rights (of Free Speech) are trampled over yet again & ii) the Court Order which has, we believe, been sent to Google, covers the facts / assertions outlined in this Post...anything else is pure censorship.
Regular visitors will see that all posts mentioning Paul Kemsley have been taken down by Google at Kemsley's request...even the last one which stated that Paul Kemsley was in Contempt of Court by failing to disclose asset transfers during his Bankruptcy...which is an indisputable fact.
