The Greystones Fraud - The Latest Startling Evidence

Following many months of further investigations by his Victims in "The Greystones Fraud Scheme & Cover-Up", the grave Criminality of Alan Bloom (Ernst & Young's Global Head of Business Restructuring), and his Co-Conspirators (see image) is now confirmed beyond any reasonable doubt, and this NEW EVIDENCE can be downloaded from within this post (click through to access links).



Having faced the demonstrably corrupt Lord Justice Lloyd at the Appeal Court 12 months ago in May '13, at which time Lloyd acted blatantly unlawfully to refuse to reopen the initial Fraud Claim dismissed by his friend / associate (and equally corrupt) Lord Justice Lewison, the Victims have been working behind the scenes to continue their Investigations into widespread Insolvency Fraud involving EY's Alan Bloom and the numerous related Perversions of the Course of Justice within the Royal Courts.

The huge mass of new evidence now available demonstrates that:

1. Alan Bloom abused his Administrator's Powers and Position to commit a number of Complex Insolvency Fraud Schemes in relation to the Administrations of BOTH Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander AND Heritable Banks, with the Greystones Fraud being just one such Scheme.
2. With all of these Fraud Schemes, inc. the Greystones Fraud, Alan Bloom and his Brother Peter Bloom colluded with the same small group of trusted Friends and Associates.
3. Lord Justice Lloyd, who retired from the Appeal Court within a few days of the Victims' last "bullet proof" Applications being finally dismissed and after allegations of corruption had been made against him to the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police (correspondence ignored), lied when he was forced to make a formal disclosure regarding his links to and common interests with the named Conspirators.
