19/06/14 - UPDATED WITH EXTRA GRAPHIC - Now that the evidence, in its current entirety, has been exposed and published, I will now focus on highlighting a number of key evidence areas / items, to ensure that the "devil is not lost in the detail".

The FOUR GRAPHICS contained herein (click text to view all) demonstrate just how intimately Alan Bloom has now been linked to the initial "Favored / Sponsored" Bidder for the Greystones Site, i.e. The Richland Group / Gary McCausland, a blatantly corrupt Bidder forced to formally withdraw from the "sham" Sales Process orchestrated by Alan Bloom upon the Victims first voicing the concerns of Fraud, at which time Alan Bloom & his Co-Conspirators "switched-in" an equally corrupt (but less discover-ably so) Bidder who ultimately purchased the Site at less than 40% of is' true value. Newly exposed evidence also points to Gary McCausland maintaining his "interest" in the stolen assets of the Victims a full 3+ months after the withdrawal of The Richland Group Bid. The inescapable truth of the matter is that:
  • Alan Bloom abused his Position and Powers as KSF Administrator, and in so doing committed serious crimes (inc. under the provisions of the Fraud Act 2006), to "Seize and Sell to Order" the Victims' Greystones Site to attempt to create £multi-mn financial gains to be shared with his Brother (Peter Bloom), Cousin (Paul Bloom), Business Partner (Andrew Samuels) and their mutual Friends / Associates...inc. Daniel Levy (Chairman of THFC), Paul Kemsley (ex-Vice Chairman of THFC), Ian Grabiner (CEO of Sir Philip Green's Arcadia Group), and the Partners of the Property Lending Firm PSPF, amongst others.
  • Alan Bloom and his influential Co-Conspirators have engaged in a Cover-Up, committing further crimes in the process.
