The image shows that the Upper Greystones House, sold to Bhavit & Hena Sawjani in late '12, is now for sale at £3.25mn...a staggering 50% increase on the £2.2mn they paid. This attempted sale follows directly after letters to the Sawjanis (which they ignore), the recent announcement of fresh litigation and the announcement of the Book "Gotcha!". This latest development, combined with the exposed evidence showing the Sawjanis made an unlawful £300K side payment when they purchased the house (clearly paid to one or more of the Conspirators), confirms that the "public" prices of the houses at the time that the initial fraud litigation was underway were manipulated downwards as part of the Cover-Up, to lend false legitimacy to the bogus valuations provided to, & the rigged decision making of, the corrupt LPA Receivers Alan Bloom and Thomas Burton.
