It is now perfectly clear that as well as been motivated by personal financial gain at a time when he was "stony broke" and facing Personal Bankruptcy, and seeing his own property empire collapse and loosing his own Radlett New Build Home, whilst Chris Coomber (building the Greystone Houses opposite Kemsley's own home) was still prospering, Paul Kemsley held a pathetic and irrational grudge against Chris Coomber and the Greystones Site after an incident between Chris Coomber, his Partner / Staff, and Paul Kemsley's Wife and Father-In-Law, and between Kemsley's House and the Greystones Site, and on the 15th July '09. Motivated by jealousy, greed and malice, and abusing his links to / relationships with Alan Bloom & KSF / KSF Staff, and with the Valuers Knight Frank, and conspiring with Alan Bloom, Paul Bloom, Peter Bloom, Andrew Samuels, the Partners of the Mezzanine Financiers PSPF & a small group of intimately linked and corrupt LPA Receivers, Kemsley orchestrated the collapse of all of the Victims' property interests, the (attempted and actual) sale of these properties at massive Undervalues and to Connected Parties, and the Personal Bankruptcies of his Victims.
